There are a few reasons why an element won't print on a document, such as you have a filter on that is excluding that element
However, most commonly, the culprit is the length of the element. If the content of an element extends to more than one page - most commonly the PA script content - then the software will skip that element and not print it on the PDF version.
Here are a few fixes:
- Remove some of the columns and/or resize them to help the lengthy element fit onto one page or less
- Break the element into two (or more) elements in the elements section or production schedule, and rerun the document
- Change the formatting of the content in the element, such as font size, spacing in-between lines, etc. to make the element shorter in length.
If those fixes do not work, and your team needs to have the lengthy element printed as-is, the solution then is to close the PDF version and use the red PRINT button, which will print the content on the screen exactly how it is, much like printing a newspaper article off of the Internet.
